Our products are entirely digital, meaning that no physical items are shipped to the buyer. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to digital downloads that can be used in your creative projects.

1.2 Product Availability and Delivery:
All products are made available for immediate download after purchase confirmation. You can access your purchased products directly from your account on our website or through the download link sent to your email. In the case of any issues with the download process, please contact our customer support for assistance.

License of Use

By purchasing a product from Advertfox, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 No Refunds for Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please carefully review product details, compatibility requirements, and other information before making a purchase.

4.2 Exceptions to Refund Policy:
Refunds may be granted in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, we will offer a refund for the additional purchase(s).
• Unstarted Custom Orders: For custom products, we offer a full refund if the design work has not yet started.
